The tides occur in cycles, with approximately two high tides and two low tides each day. When the gravitational pull of the moon and the sun align, high tides, called spring tides, occur, resulting in greater tidal range. Conversely, when the gravitational pull of the moon and sun are at right angles to each other, the tidal range is smaller, resulting in dead tides, which have lower high tides and higher low tides.

- Lead direct communication with customers by chat and email and, if necessary, by phone (make outbound calls to customers at their request)
- Follow established procedures and guidelines, but also participate in the creation of new processes or the improvement of existing ones
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience based on a set of predefined metrics (customer satisfaction, volume contribution, quality assurance)
- Overcome difficult banking challenges such as unknown transactions, missing payments and direct debits
- Help mentor new team members, support them with your wisdom and experience, and help them with common back-office tasks
