- Conduct new hire training and interpersonal skills/negotiation skills training
- Must complete monthly cyclical activities including refresher training, refresher training and PKT
- Raise awareness of training needs/understand the learning requirements of different learning groups
- Liaison with Quality and Operations to identify, select and execute process improvement plans
- Ability to perform training duties/assignments on short notice
- Interested in delivering and contributing to process improvement
- Assume responsibility for new hires’ performance during the OJT period, including attrition.

- Determine whether agents maintain a predetermined, acceptable level of contact handling through test contact monitoring and assessment.
- Report contacts handling performance and statistics through monitoring and evaluating test contacts. Also share daily, weekly and monthly reports sent to the Quality Assurance Supervisor.
- Will be responsible for meeting the level of service related to Quality on a monthly basis
- Monitor calls randomly to ensure Customer/TP standards are maintained.
- Need to manage BAU, Business Intelligence audit and other compliance audits as per business requirements
- Provide regular feedback to team members on team performance and any issues that need escalation.
- Work as a team and achieve goals set by customers
- Need to be flexible and motivate the team at regular intervals.
