  • Keep strict control of all channels through which customers approach us i.e. emails, calls, website forms etc. and ensure that all leads coming from these channels are converted.
  • Understand the customer’s need by studying the customer’s history, past purchasing patterns and then recommend a suitable solution to ensure the customer closes the sale with Editage.
  • Ensure that all customers who approach us are responded to within 1 business hour via calls, emails or system-based quotes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met within the timeframe committed to customers.
  • Timely follow-up of leads across markets to ensure maximum conversions.
  • Identify market trends, customer trends and customer purchasing patterns and share them with Managers in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support, ensuring customer queries are answered in a timely manner.
