MyOperator Off Campus Drive – Roles and Responsibilities for HR Operations – Intern
- Responsible for timely completion of employee induction, adherence to formalities including but not limited to documentation, creating login credentials, sharing appointments and other employee related letters, employee codes, opening a salary account and initiating verification employee’s background
- Responsible for enrolling new entrants in the HRMS and deactivating dismissed employees and updating employee information in HRMS and HRIS
- Candidate must be able to understand HR policies and enforce adherence to them
- Work on payroll entry and salary preparation, salary structure for all employees
- Elaboration of an attendance report and monitoring of the attendance and leave policy
- Understanding basic statutory compliance such as minimum wage, PF, gratuity, and TDS Maintaining employee personnel files, records, and databases
- Responsible for reviewing various processes and proposing improvements
- Communicate effectively and handle employee grievances

- 0-1 year HR operations experience in a product/internet/e-commerce company – this is a MUST.
- Understanding the industry landscape
- Practice with Google Workspace
- Previous HRMS experience (not essential)
- Passion for Excel in the HR Operations/HR Analytics domain
- Focus on operational excellence
- Interest and understanding of technology is an absolute must
- Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills, impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written.
