Icertis Careers, Work at Home – Consultant – Finance and Accounting Responsibilities
- Review weekly bank statements and perform timely bank reconciliation. Update the weekly cash balance for the US corporate office.
- Perform accounting relating to fixed assets, including but not limited to asset capitalization, retirement, posting depreciation, and performing roll forward activities, including periodic month-end asset ledger reports.
- Assist in bank payments in banking portals and application of payments in NetSuite.
- Review the use of the credit card/shopping card/Petro Card/Toll Account and carry out the biweekly accounting.
- Check and monitor prepaid schedules on the AP invoice.
- Execute prepaid amortization and maintain monthly prepaid schedules.
- Upload monthly balance sheet reconciliations as mentioned above to FloQast and have them reviewed in a timely manner.
