Emeritus Recruitment 2023–Associate – Educator Operations responsibilities
- Establishes, manages and maintains collaborations and partnerships with various departments, researchers and programs, as well as resources outside of Emeritus, such as industry leaders and professional organizations to help build and leverage knowledge and resources
- Researches, compiles, prepares and composes analyses, data and documents in support of the specialized focus area
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to promptly address contract-related inquiries and changes.
- Check and reconcile invoices with purchase orders, contracts, and service agreements to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Identify discrepancies, resolve billing issues, and liaise with vendors and internal teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner and in compliance with company financial policies and regulations
- Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding contracts, invoices and payment status
