Conduent Careers Work From Home – Cloud Services Engineer Responsibilities
- Plan and lead projects to maintain and enhance the Microsoft 365 Cloud Platform integration in Conduent.
- Identify best practices for the various components of the Microsoft 365 Cloud Platform and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Act as a subject matter expert for other Microsoft 365 team members
- Create knowledge articles and other documentation as requested by upper management.
- Expert-level experience with Microsoft Cloud 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Yammer, and Azure.
- Strong experience with on-premises Active Directory and Exchange Server
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange configuration management, Exchange policy configuration, SMTP relay and email routing.
