Moris Media is looking for a friendly, service-oriented Client Relations Manager to join our team who is a friendly, approachable personality with exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and nurturing long-term relationships with our B2B clients, both international and domestic.
Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by understanding your business or personal goals, addressing any concerns or issues, and effectively communicating the value of our services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Moris Media’s international and domestic B2B clients.
- Putting customers’ needs first, ensuring their satisfaction and continued use of our services.
- Understand the business or personal objectives of customers and competitors and effectively pitch new services or upcoming product launches to them.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth communication and coordination, aligning with client expectations and supporting their growth.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills are essential for a Customer Relationship Manager. This includes strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Relationship Building: The ability to build and nurture strong customer relationships is crucial. A successful Customer Relationship Manager must be able to build rapport, gain trust and maintain positive connections with customers at all levels.
- Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the industry in which the company operates is advantageous. Understanding the client’s business, its objectives and the competitive landscape helps the Client Relationship Manager to better serve clients and provide relevant recommendations.
