Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our leasing process and the San Francisco and East Bay neighborhoods and be able to translate this into successful sales interactions (i.e. scheduling an apartment showing).
- Track and manage leads that come into our CRM system
- Inquiries received by phone and email.
- Support Letting Agents and provide quick solutions to questions from Agents and Prospective Tenants and our Resident Services Department.
- Assist marketing in generating leads on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace channels.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, Agents and other departments to help exceed rental occupancy goals and objectives.
