- You will diagnose, configure, troubleshoot issues associated with Appfire applications in the Atlassian landscape involving core products like Confluence, Jira, Jira Service Desk, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Crowd, StatusPage, etc.
- You will gain experience in cutting-edge technologies like XaaS, Virtual Environments, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Docker containers, etc.
- You will apply your analytical and problem-solving skills to research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to complex L1-L2 application support issues.
